Yes, it is true that Cate Stillman’s program consists of knowledge that you can’t find anywhere because it comes from experience, moreover there is so much information that one will have to read a lot of books in order to learn what they can learn in this one course.     I do mindfulness practice and I use a diet that works for a digestive condition that I have. Is any part of this program centered specifically around meditation or mindfulness practice?

  5. This has most definitely piqued my interest. I love the concept that we can use more than one program/belief system at one time. Too often we find that people tend to be closed off about trying anything that isn’t what they advocate. I used a system called ‘Yogalates’ for a few years. Obvioulsy, from the title, it is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. It worked for me, giving me the best of both worlds without being tied to just one.

    This year I have revisited some old CD’s that were of interviews with Deepak Chopra, who gave some fascinating insights into Ayurvedic medicine. I followed this up with some reseach into Kundalini Yoga, although as yet, I have only spent time on the musical aspect of this.

Further exploration of the circadian rhythms is something I would like to do as I have only just become aware them.
